General Rights, Obligations, and Account

Inactive and Abandoned Accounts

  • An account is considered inactive if it has not been accessed for 12 months and contains a real money balance;
  • An account is considered abandoned if it has not been accessed for 30 months and contains a real money balance;
  • Before an account becomes inactive, we will send an email notice one month in advance. If your account becomes inactive, an administrative fee of 5 EUR (or equivalent) per month may be charged;
  • If you access an inactive account, you may request a refund if you can provide proof of:
    • Lack of internet connectivity;
    • Health issues;
    • Other reasonable causes.
  • If the account is abandoned, the balance will be remitted to you.

Data Protection

  • We implement technical and organizational measures to secure our systems and protect data integrity;
  • You also agree to ensure the security of your systems and the data transmitted to us;

Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gaming

We pay special attention to anti-money laundering (AML) measures and have established the following rules:

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

  • Starscream follows due diligence procedures to prevent money laundering, monitoring all transactions. Transactions may be rejected and accounts closed if AML requirements are not met;
  • Winnings are paid only to the registered account holder and, if possible, via the original payment method;
  • Only one account per person and brand is allowed;
  • Additional proof of identity or source of funds may be requested. Accounts can be suspended and withdrawals held until verification is complete;
  • Accurate information about political status, source of wealth, source of funds, and site activity must be provided;
  • Information may be used for verifications and public record checks;
  • Providing false information may result in account cancellation and no payment of winnings;
  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity and reported to relevant authorities if necessary.

Responsible and Fair Gaming

Starscream Ltd. promotes responsible gaming through:

  • Analysis of gaming history and use of tools to identify problematic behavior;
  • Tools to control spending and playtime, such as Deposit Limits and Betting Limits.

Limit Changes:

  • Limits can be modified in the “Limits” section of your account;
  • Reductions are effective immediately;
  • Increases or removals take effect 24 hours after the change;
  • Removal of a deposit limit set to zero applies after 180 days.

Self-Exclusion:

  • You can restrict access to your account for a set period;
  • To self-exclude, set the limit in the “Limits” section or contact customer support.

General Terms of Use

Here are the general terms for using our casino and gaming platform:

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Starscream Ltd. may cancel bets and issue refunds due to unforeseen technical issues or circumstances beyond our control;
  • We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or reject bets if they are deemed excessive or if betting patterns appear to abuse the system;
  • Refunds will be processed to the player’s account and notified within two business days;
  • In the event of interruptions during a game, such as a connection loss, pending bets may be cleared and refunded to the player’s balance. If a match is aborted on the server, the player must be refunded;
  • If a bonus is misconfigured, we may adjust account balances and details to correct the error;
  • If a game contains errors or incorrect settings that affect gameplay or payouts, we may remove it.

Complaints

  • To submit a complaint about our services, contact support@locowin.com and follow the instructions;
  • We will update you on the status of the complaint and make every effort to resolve it within five business days;
  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the complaint to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (complaints@gamingcommission.ca) within 7 days to 6 months from the incident. The complaint must be in writing, include precise details, and describe the steps taken with the provider;

  • Starscream Ltd. commits to responding to complaints within 10 business days of receiving communication from the competent authority.

Miscellaneous

  • Our site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We do not guarantee the reliability of these sites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement or responsibility for their content;
  • If you breach these Terms, we reserve the right to close your account, withhold payments, or apply funds to cover damages;
  • Starscream Ltd. will determine whether a violation justifies suspension or a permanent ban;
  • We reserve the right to assign this agreement to a third party legally. You may not assign or transfer it without permission;
  • Employees of LocoWin and their immediate families are not permitted to participate in the casino, live games, or any other offered games;
